ABSTRACT
The article presents three notices of proposed rules issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The first notice proposes to promulgate the revisions to the state implementation plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Hawaii. The second notice proposes to approve the air quality implementation plans in Indiana. The last notice outlines the Lead 2010 base year emissions inventory SIP in Tennessee.
