ABSTRACT
The article provides an overview on the history of anti-porn feminism and its view of pornography. The author describes that sex-positive feminists take a more nuanced approach to pornography, even though anti-porn feminists since the 1970s have felt that pornography is inherently degrading to women and detrimental to the feminist cause. She also tackles the claims of female producers and performers that porn is aimed at women and brings a more holistic and inclusive approach to the genre.
