ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the construction of the $27 million (m) terminal near Huntington, West Virginia. It states that if the terminal will be completed by the fall of 2014, the companies nearby can connect easily to Midwest markets such as Chicago, Illinois and to ports on the Eastern Seaboard. Moreover , the money to be used on the terminal will come from the $12m from a federal Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant and from state tax.
