Reports that Kamori Kanko Co. has agreed to buy Heavenly Valley, the ski resort near Lake Tahoe, for an estimated $90 million. Katsuo Kamori, 83, and son Kimihito, 47, also own the ski resort at Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
