The article features "It's All One Curriculum: Guidelines and Activities for a Unified Approach to Sexuality, Gender, HIV, and Human Rights Education," edited by Nicole Haerland and Deborah Rogow, to place gender and rights at the core of sexuality and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) curricula. It can be used to ensure that the curricula increases the ability of adolescents to make responsible decisions, participate in society, and have a sense of control over their lives.
