ABSTRACT
In accordance with the provisions of law, as a rule, municipal resource is disposed by auction. The funds derived from the sale of municipal property are an important component of local budgets, including the possibility of influencing the public objectives. The situation on the real estate market has its impact on the time of disposal of the property and the amount of money that supplies commune's funds. The determination of the character of selling municipal property is therefore important information allowing to predict incomes to the municipal budget, to finally meet the planned expenditure. The subject of the research undertaken in the paper is the dynamics of selling real estate determined by the multiplicity of tenders for each property. However, it can be noticed that there are some constant trends, such as increasing amount of real estate properties for sale with no sharp increase in income from these proceedings.
