Vadxx Energy Scraps Plans for Cleveland Recycling Plant in Favor of Akron

The article reports that Vadxx Energy LLC, an alternative recycler turning polyolefin waste into fuel, is giving full attention to a new plant in Akron, Ohio after it abandoned its plans for a plant in Cleveland, Ohio. Akron is working on a development agreement with Vadxx that will likely address the use of the land in question and the number of jobs to create. Vadxx is talking to potential partners in Wisconsin, Tennessee and California who will use Vadxx's technology to create usable fuel.
