The article discusses the move of law firms Freshfield and Gibson Dunn to take charge on the proposal of telecommunication company Emirates Telecommunications Corp. to acquire 53 percent stake of Maroc Telecom. It states that Freshfield works with Bennani & Associates on the acquisition deal while Gibson and Dunn works with Kettani Law firm and Saaidi Hdid Consultants.
