The article reports that Japanese-focused portfolios have made best returns in the first six months of 2013 as Hideo Shiozumi's 206.9 million British Pounds Legg Mason Japan Equity fund was the best performing portfolio in the six months up to 30 June 2013. It informs that the Japanese stock market has soared since the end of 2012 after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has unveiled a 72.1 billion U.S. Dollars stimulus package meant to raise inflation to two percent.
