Report: N. Korea to allow home sales to foreigners

The article reports that as part of efforts to attract foreign investment and earn much-needed foreign currency, North Korea plans to sell houses to foreigners in its Rason Special Economic Zone on the northeast coast bordering China and Russia. It is noted that since April 2012, a project to build the International Commerce and Trade Center and other infrastructure has been underway.
