ABSTRACT
The article reports on two private equity contracts waved by the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority Retirement System (MWRA ) Board to Lexington Partners and Invesco for new investments. The 2013 Diversified Fund of Funds/Secondaries Request for Proposal (RFP) presentations proposed the amount of fund allocated to the Lexington Partners' Lexington Middle Market Investors II LP and to the Invesco Fund VI. The Board also issued an actuarial RFP.
