ABSTRACT
Computational Fluid Dynamics is a popular modeling approach which utilizes numerical methods and computer simulations to solve and analyze problems that involve transport phenomena in fluid flows. CFD-based models demonstrate high versatility and capability of dealing with a wide range of engineering problems. This article presents two examples of CFD-based computational modeling successfully applied for different fields of engineering: particle engineering by drying processes and thermal management of car compartment.
