ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission (SWCRPC)'s Brownfields Reuse Project in Vermont. It says that the project provided over $1 million through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funded grants, loans and federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) through its Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). It tells that access to clean up activity funds has recently gained dramatically with two or more Regional Planning Commission (RPCs).
