ABSTRACT
The article discusses the highlights of the Sioux Empire Farm Show in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The drought is the most common concern among cattlemen who attended the show. Many of the bulls at the show were reported to have good turnout sales. Consumers' demand for beef continues to increase, thus reflecting an enthusiasm in the cattle business.
