MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - OJSC Polyus Gold (RTS: PLZL), a major Russian gold miner in which over 95% of shares are controlled by Jersey-based Polyus Gold International Ltd., might invest 9.3 billion rubles in the expansion of gold mining at the Blagodatnoye deposit, and is waiting for the start of construction of power lines in order to approve the project, the head of the company's Krasnoyarsk division, Alexei Teksler said in an interview with Interfax.
