ABSTRACT
The article offers tips in preparing pasta dinners. It suggests the use of whole peeled tomatoes rather than chopped or blended tomatoes since they were handled with more care. It suggests that bowls should be filled with hot water to prevent the sauce from clumping. It adds three steps for cooking the noodles such as adding salt to add flavor, stirring to prevent the noodles from sticking and reserving some of the cooking water.
