ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the complexity of using Facebook in terms of knowing people by accepting them as friends. The author says that the word "friends" makes him feel uncomfortable because he does not know the people whom he calls friends and acquaintances on the website. He mentions the advantages of using Facebook in business including event promotions, supporting a cause, and expressing political opinion.
