The article discusses the findings on Poland in a report titled "Doing Business 2013: Smarter Regulations for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises," released by the World Bank. It says that Poland leads among countries which has recorded improvement in areas of business regulation including enforcing contracts, registering property, resolving insolvency. Xavier Devictor of World Bank says that improving business environment is about making systematic effort across the board to cut red tape.
