Long Island could be 100 percent renewables: study

The article discusses the results of the study called the Long Island Clean Electricity Vision, which was conducted by Synapse Energy Economics. According to the study, it is possible for Long Island, New York to meet 100 percent of its electricity needs with renewable and clean energy. Moreover, the study revealed that renewable energy sources can provide all the needs for residential electricity through cautious assumptions.
