ABSTRACT
The article discusses the differences in foreign policy between U.S. presidential candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. Romney shows his support for bipartisanship by adopting Obama's foreign policy goals and strategies. Romney mentions that he will use economic assistance, military force and public diplomacy to avoid the country's involvement in protracted counterinsurgency measures. Obama aims to withdraw military forces in Syria and eliminate Iran's nuclear weapons program.
