Environmental Education Teacher (EET) is recognized as important change agent who is able to empowerment the students to be global citizens to take a responsible practice with inspiration of environmental conservation in daily life activities for environmental behavior change. This might be an effective and rapid change agent to alleviate global warming. The populations were 36,252 scientific teachers of Northeastern region of Thailand in academic year of 2011. The simple random sampling was used to collect the sample of 400 scientific teachers in Northeastern region of Thailand. The questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. LISREL was used for model verification. Considering on structural model confirmatory factors of Environmental Education (EE) and Environmental Education Teacher (EET) were able to explain the variation of endogenous factors of Inspiration for Environmental Conservation (INS) to caused Environmental Behaviors for Global Warming Alleviation (BEH) with 94.0 percents. As a result, the equation 1 can be written as following. BEH = 0.33 INS + 0.34 EEC+ 0.03EE (1) R2 = 0.94 Moreover, confirmatory factors of Environmental Education (EE) and Environmental Education Teacher Characteristic (EETC) were able to explain the variation of confirmatory factors of Inspiration of Environmental Conservation with 71.0 percents. Therefore, the equation can be written as following equation 2. INS = -0.094 EE + 0.38 EEC (2) (R2 = 71.00).
