ABSTRACT
The article offers a guide to choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan. It suggests conducting research at Medicare.gov to determine plans that are available in the county which will cover prescriptions, plan tiers for prescriptions and pharmacies dispensing prescriptions. It also recommends looking into plans for their limits on prescription quantities, need for prior authorization for a drug or requires step therapy.
