ABSTRACT
The article discusses the growth of the network security market in India during 2012. The security market in India witnessed a growth of 17% to touch Rs. 2325 crore in 2012. According to a report by Gartner in 2011, the market is expected to have a CAGR of 16.4% from 2011-2016 with UTM leading the way. Cisco Systems Inc. reportedly continued to be the market leader in network security with a market share of 35%.
