ABSTRACT
The article addresses issues on partner capacity building mission in the U.S. military. It suggests the importance of an analysis of this mission because it will reveal yet undiscussed force structure shortcomings. It cites the three main categories of potential scenarios in which partner capacity is built including independent use or no U.S. involvement. Also discussed are the four enabling capabilities of the U.S. which include intelligence, command and control, logistics and fire.
