ABSTRACT
The article presents a notice on the adoption of five recommendations by the Administrative Conference of the U.S. at its Fifty-sixth Plenary Session in 2012. The appended recommendations address immigration removal adjudication, midnight rules, the Paperwork Reduction Act, regulatory analysis requirements and improve coordination of related agency responsibilities. The Administrative Conference studies the efficiency of the administrative procedures use by federal agencies.
