The article offers several recommendations for women to stay young forever and have long & healthy life. It is suggested to shed off every inch of extra fat from the body to have long and healthy life. It is stated that the body requires seven hours sleep to reenergize itself and this will add one or two extra years to life. It is emphasized that food rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids is necessary to lower heart disease risk and pettify skin.
