ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of chemical firm Dow Corning to establish its Solar Energy Exploration and Development (SEED) research center in Europe. The company will start conducting research activities focusing on the advancement of renewable and energy efficiency. The SEED will incorporate the Solar Application Center and Silicon Technology Center. The features of the laboratories are mentioned.
