ABSTRACT
The article presents a final rule from Fish and Wildlife Service of the U.S. Department of the Interior which lists foreign bird species in Peru and Bolivia as endangered throughout all of their ranges. It indicates the six South American bird species which include Ash-breasted tit-tyrant, Peruvian plantcutter, and royal cinclodes. The rule, which will take effect on August 23, 2012, is authorized by the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
