ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to landfills. Food scraps are suggested to be banned from landfills in Great Britain by the end of 2020 and turned perishables into energy through anaerobic digestion, according to the study conducted by CentreForum. The body of Kevin Joseph Arendt was found in a landfill area in Flint, Michigan on June 29, 2012. A sanitation worker from St. Paul Minnesota has rescued a woman from a domestic assault.
