Long-term efficacy of etanercept for psoriasis in daily practice

The article presents a study on the long-term efficacy analysis of etanercept for psoraisis in daily practice. It says that 152 patients were treated with etanercept and adjustements to the dosing regimens were taken by the supervising dermatologist. Results showed that response rates were found to be lower than in the reported randomized controlled trials, due to the strict criteria for prescribing biological treatments.
