ABSTRACT
The article discusses a call for the implementation of reform measures in relation to the U.S. Stored Communications Act (SCA) due to privacy concerns related to the use of social networking websites such as Facebook as of December 2011. According to the article, the U.S. Congress needs to legislatively amend the SCA to allow for liberal disclosure in light of the lack of a reasonable expectation of privacy in the information which is posted on social networking sites by users.
