The article offers the author's insights on how pro-abstinence sex education law enacted in Tennessee could be much tougher. The author argues that masturbation which leads to teen sexual activity must be criminalized and punish teens that practice it. He mentions that for parents to support the measure make uncooperative parents attend mandatory reeducation sessions which could result to losing their job. He adds that with the increase of teens in prison their parents could work as guards.
