ABSTRACT
MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax-AVN) - While the handover of used military equipment by Pentagon to the Central Asian republics after the withdrawal in 2014 of the U.S. and NATO forces from Afghanistan does not conflict with the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) agreements, this can complicate Russia's military-technical cooperation with the former Soviet partners, defense expert Vladimir Kudelev told Interfax-AVN on Friday.
