ABSTRACT
The article reports on the clash between militants and the Russian police, military and Federal Security Service (FSB) forces during a military operation in Chechnya's Nozhai-Yurt district. The author mentions that the conflict broke out despite reports that Nozhai-Yurt has been effectively cleared of rebels.
