State, federal funds can aid efficiency investments

In this article, the author discusses several ways and programs to help businesses invest in efficiency measures in New Hampshire and save money in future. It mentions that efficiency programs for all residential and commercial customers are implemented by New Hampshire's electric and gas service providers through the CORE Programs, which are regulated by the Public Utilities Commission and funded by the System Benefits Charge. Also highlights the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
