ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the provision for licensed owners to carry concealed guns in public in the U.S. It debates over the use of that right to carry firearms onto the country's colleges and universities. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that the concealed-weapon permit holders can not be banned by the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado from bringing their guns to campus.
