ABSTRACT
FORMER Republic of Ireland international Mark Kennedy will retire at the end of the season and he admitted that it was an easy decision to make after a long and successful career. The 35-year-old has only played seven games for Ipswich Town this season, but he has been actively helping out on the coaching side and will do that fulltime once the season ends. Having started out at Millwall, the Blanchardstown native went on to play for Liverpool, QPR, Wimbledon, Manchester City, Wolves, Crystal Palace, Cardiff City and Ipswich.
