ABSTRACT
The article presents a not-for-profit's (NFP) guide for using Twitter. It states that NFPs who have embraced social networking and online marketing turn to Twitter as the medium. It refers to the research entitled "Who Gives a Tweet: Evaluating Microblog Content Value" which found out that followers value informative tweets. It also elaborates on some tips for NFPs to become effective Twitter users.
