ABSTRACT
The article reports on the results of the worldwide study by DMG Consulting LLC on the use of social networking for customer services. The findings show that 65% of surveyed enterprises in the study are already using social media. Several charts are presented which include the social media business activities and the information acquired through social media interactions.
