The article informs that a fake profile on a social website may land an individual to a prison. It examines legal theories and constitutionality of punishments resulting from students' comments and posts on social networking websites like Facebook. It provides information that the criminal charges which prohibit an unauthorized computer access are stated under the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).
