ABSTRACT
The authors discuss the important characteristics of a good leader. They mentions three-question test that will measure the leadership skills of an employee. The authors also emphasize the two categories in leadership behaviors such as relationship builders and results getters in which leaders who do not have them cannot be effective personnel. Moreover, the authors also note that great leaders leave legacies.
