ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the proposed rule of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the U.S. to approve revisions to the Pennsylvania State Implementation Plan (SIP). The approval of the revisions to the SIP aims to demonstrate attainment of the 1997 annual fine particulate matter (PM2.5) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). Moreover, analysis of reasonably available control measures (RACM) and control technology (RACT) are included in the attainment plan.
