ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to seek comment on the descriptive information of solutions provided to the government in response to the challenge and competition solicitations posted in the General Service Administration's (GSA) website in the U.S. It notes that the clearance also requires every agency to design the criteria for their solicitations based on the goals of the challenge and specific needs.
