ABSTRACT
The article examines the potential of the micro-blogging website Twitter to significantly affect business activities. According to media strategy company Shift Interactive, most businesses are using their Twitter accounts to interact with their customers and as a medium for marketing. It mentions several ways on how Twitter can revolutionize marketing which include location-based advertising and guerilla marketing.
