ABSTRACT
The article outlines the first investigation of the International Criminal Court (ICC) with the arrest warrants issued for five leaders of Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebel group in Northern Uganda in 2004. It notes that the leaders were arrested for their alleged commission of crimes against humanity and war crimes. It points out that ICC prosecutor's case selection has drawn criticism without any prosecution. It is predicted that future cases at the International Crimes Division (ICD).
