The article looks into the best and worst casino promotions in the U.S. The author cites the "Heroes and Miracles" fundraising event by Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek, Florida, which featured the trapped miners in Chile. He mentions that several casinos in the country got uber-aggressive with their promotions, which led to unintended consequences and poor customer relations.
