ABSTRACT
The article discusses the process for efficient print production. It explains that waste and time in achieving a particular target density can be reduced through quickly modifying the ink key opening and using self learning of the pre-inking tables as well as recording air settings globally with the use of air presets. It also notes that controlling running waste can also help in production efficiency as well as using drying technologies to reduce cost in energy consumption.
