ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of the research by professor Harry Cloft of radiology and neurosurgery at the Mayo Clinic regarding treatment costs for neurovascular diseases. It states that costs for treating some neurovascular diseases remain higher compared to reimbursement in Medicare payments. It mentions that the study predicted variables with greatest impact on the duration of hospital use using least-square regression models.
