ABSTRACT
The article offers tips for maximizing e-commerce holiday sales in light of the increasing popularity of online shopping in 2011. The author suggests having a mobile-friendly Web site that shows up in search engines. Including a wish list on the site allows shoppers to send links to what they want to others. The checkout process should be easy to use so shoppers do not abandon their carts. Pay-per-click and Web banner campaigns are described to be useful in spreading the word on holiday sales.
