ABSTRACT
The article reports on laws which have been passed in New South Wales and which may allow the country's state government to cut nurses' payroll deductions and place their membership in the New South Wales Nurses' Association at risk. Methods which members of the new South Wales Nurses' Association can use to show opposition to the laws are discussed. INSET: KEY IMPLICATIONS OF THE REGULATIONS.
